Platelet Rich Plasma
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) is a naturally concentrated product from your own blood. Plasma contains high concentration of platelets, stem cells and growth factors that stimulate healing and skin regeneration. PRP Therapy can significantly enhance microneedling for fine lines, wrinkles, sun spots, texture problems, scarring and even hair loss on the scalp.

The healing properties of the blood components in PRP work to: ·Grow new collagen and blood vessels. ·Repair and regenerate damaged skin. ·Help slow and reverse aging of skin.
Each treatment takes about an hour for the entire process. Time is allowed for numbing. While you are numbing, blood is drawn and spun down to obtain the PRP. Microneedling takes on average 30 minutes for the full face.
Microneedling creates tiny micro wounds in the skin that trigger the wound healing process to create new collagen and elastin. This results in improved texture of the skin, reduced scaring, pore size, and stretch marks. Microneedling may be combined with a topical treatment, like PRP or other growth factor and vitamin-rich serum.
Downtime is minimal, usually with one to three days of mild redness, depending on the aggressiveness of treatment. A post treatment kit may help accelerate your recovery.
You’ll notice an immediate “glow” to your skin. You will continue to see improvements over the next few weeks. Full results can be seen up to 6 months after treatment as collagen production continues over the course of this time.
Since the autologous Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) is isolated from your own blood, there is no risk of an allergic reaction or rejection.

PRP can treat various causes of hair loss such as hormonal imbalance, autoimmune, hereditary, medication induced. In instances where hair follicles have been destroyed by scar or advanced male-patterned balding, PRP may not be as effective. Active infection, blood thinners, poorly controlled blood sugars, skin cancer in area to be treated are relative contraindications.
The treatment is virtually painless. There may be some temporary discomfort or redness at the application site, but this quickly resolves.

Microneedling
Microneedling introduces tiny micro-injuries to the skin to induce wound healing & collagen production. This results in improved texture of the skin, reduced scaring, pore size, and stretch marks. Microneedling may be combined with a topical treatment, like PRP or other growth factor/ vitamin-rich serums.

PRP for Hair Loss
PRP is injected at the level of the hair follicles. PRP growth factors work to stimulate new hair growth. PRP also has antimicrobial & anti-inflammatory effects, thereby minimizing risk of infection and swelling. Treatment typically requires 4 sessions per year, followed by maintenance once a year.
